Personalization: a new political arithmetic?

Scholarship on the history of political arithmetic highlights its significance for classical liberalism, a philosophy in which subjects perceive themselves as autonomous individuals an abstract system called society. This society and component became intelligible governable deluge printed numbers, assisted by development statistics, emergence common space measurement, calculation probabilities.
